Relationship Staff - Consumer Finance (JST0707RO-04)
(Jakarta Raya, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Sumatera Utara, Yogyakarta)
Requirements:
Reporting to Branch Manager – Consumer Finance HSBC, the incumbent will interact with customers on a daily basis to understand individual customer profiles prior to processing applications
At least one year’s experience in consumer banking or multi-financing would be an advantage
Must have good analytical and interpersonal skills
Must have strong customer service skills and pay close attention to detail
Required language(s): English.
